The “Consort” or “Royal Consort” is theperson who was fought for in the Crown Tournament, who has been crowned withthe title of Queen or King.

The “Crown” is the Sovereign andConsort, acting together.

“Crown Prince” and “Crown Princess” arethe winner and the winner’s consort of the most recent Crown Tournament, whohave not yet been crowned with the title of King or Queen.  …

Intent:  Make the WebMinister a Greater Officer of the Kingdom

Add theweb minister to the list of “Great Officers” of the Kingdom in I-260:

The Kingdom Herald,

The Kingdom Earl Marshal,

The Kingdom Chancellor of the Exchequer,

The Kingdom Chronicler,

The Kingdom Minister of Arts andSciences

The Kingdom Chirurgeon, and

The Web Minister.

Remove V-3600, the definition of theWeb Minister from the list of lesser officers:

Remove the Web Minister from the list ofLesser Officers under Chronicler

And insert:

The Web Minister is responsible formaintaining the Northshield web site.

All prospective combatants and theirconsorts must meet the minimum criteria in the Governing Documents, as well asthe following requirements:

1.   Each must be a member of theSociety for Creative Anachronism and have access to the Northwatch at their placeof residence.

2.   Each must have been a subjectof Northshield for one year immediately before the Crown Tournament and be ableto demonstrate a reasonable level of participation in diverse activities inNorthshield during that period.

3.   All prospective combatants andtheir consorts must be acceptable to the Presiding Royalty.

4.   No one under 18 years old mayfight or be fought for in a Crown Tournament.

5.   No member of the Royalty mayeither fight or be fought for in a Crown Tournament.
