Greetings-
The first bank statement reconciliations went well, and the second one was due September 30th.
Thank you to all of the exchequers who have been putting in the time to meet the new reporting
requirements. I know that it’s more work and more deadlines to remember, and I’m pleased to
see the exchequers putting forth the effort to keep things running smoothly.
It is now time to work on the 3rd quarter report, which is due on October 31st. Please remember
that the deadline is for a report that is correct and complete (including seneschal and exchequer
signatures on pages 2a, 3, and 4), so be sure to get the report reviewed before that to ensure it
will be in on time.
I have some good news regarding sending in reports. With the exception of the Domesday
report, you do not need to send hard copies of your reports to either the Kingdom Exchequer or
your Regional Exchequer. You must still have a signed hard copy in your own files, but you
may provide a PDF (such as a scan of the signed report) to the Kingdom Exchequer, Regional
Exchequer, and your seneschal. I still recommend sending an initial copy of the excel report,
because that format is easier for the Regionals and myself to look over and correct if needed.
I am still looking for a successor, and we are still looking for applications. In addition, both the
Central Regional Deputy Exchequer and the Non-Member Surcharge Deputy would like to step
down. Applications for those positions are due November 1st, with the change over in either
November or December. Further details about the positions and who to contact can be found in
the Help Wanted section.
