Third quarter reports are due to me at the end of October. Please,remember to get those in ON TIME! Seneschals, please remember to ask yourexchequers if your groups report has been sent in.
I recently sent out an e-mail to each of you regarding amandate brought forth by the Society Exchequer regarding bank debit cards. Seneschalsand Exchequers please remember to follow through with this. If, for somereason, you do not remember seeing this e-mail come across your inbox, pleasecontact me immediately! I MUST report on the Kingdom report the status of eachgroup regarding this matter.
Finally, a reminder--NMS reports are due within 30 days ofany event. This includes events where there was no site fee or no non-membersin attendance. If your event falls under either of these 2 categories, pleasefill out the NMS paperwork and e-mail or mail to me within the 30 daysfollowing your event. Most groups have been very good at getting me the NMS ina timely manner, but there are a few which are consistently late. Seneschals,again, please work hand-in-hand with your exchequer to make sure that theseitems are being reported in a timely manner.
