I've worked out themes for the first half of 2019, so will be looking for articles and artwork for the following activities. • Farming Guild - February issue (Deadline: Dec. 20) • Courtesan's Guild - March issue (Deadline: Jan. 20) • Fool's Guild (April Fool's) - April issue (Deadline Feb. 20) • Konrad & Aibhilin - May issue (Deadline March 20) • Forestry Guild - June issue (Deadline April 20) • Cook's Guild - July issue (Deadline May 20) Cover artwork is best done as an 8" x 8" square — full color is excellent. Black-and-white interior artwork is also always welcome, in squares, and vertical and horizontal borders. If you don't have a blanket artist release on file, please send one in. If using photographs, please be sure to add model releases. All releases can be found on the Chronicler page in the Northshield Website.
Again, I am looking for a Deputy Chronicler. This person should be familiar with desktop publishing, preferably using InDesign.
Finally, I will be maintaining the policy of local chroniclers not needing to fill in online reports as long as copies of their newsletters are sent in to me, Archivist, Kingdom Seneschal, and Their Majesties and Highnesses. However, I will ask that all local choniclers to fill out an end-of-the-year report so I can be aware of any changes to publishing schedules.
