August 2010 Northwatch Missive

Greetings!

I hope everyone is enjoying a great summer.

We continue with a good selection of eventsthis month. Among the many choices, Poorman's Pennsic is coming up. It alwayshas a very good A&S class schedule and enthusiastic teachers. This is whereI first fell for tablet weaving. Also this month is St. Radegund's Fair, whichlooked like so much fun in the pictures I saw last year, and I understand thehands-on oven was a big hit. Wonder what they have planned for this year? Ihope to get there. And Ages of War will be featuring an artisan's row. BaronessGreta has been scheduling people who wish to highlight their art, and wouldwelcome your participation as well. Contact either of us for more information.

I am putting together a bid list for a winterKingdom A&S Faire. Good way to boost your February or March event bycombining your event with this Kingdom activity, or if you'd rather, theKingdom A&S Faire could be a great event all on its own and a great serviceto the Kingdom. Please look for information on the Northshield Hall, or if I'vealready got it out, it will be on the Northshield website on the MoAS page.Thank you for your consideration.

Keep your hands busy! See you next month.
