Before I get into my letter, I would like to welcometo our new Prince and Princess! I look forward to your time as Heirs and lateras our King and Queen.
And now down to business… Reporting has been prettylax lately, and I want to make sure all heralds know the importance of thispart of their office. Heralds are not required officers for Shires but they arerequired for Baronies. If you take on the office, please take 5 minutes eachquarter to send in the report on the Northshield website.
Heralds are the backbone of the Kingdom. Weare required for courts to run and be legal. We help our kinsmen find names andwe add to the pageantry and grandness of events near and far. If you areinterested in becoming an at-large herald, please let me know! I would be happyto add you to the roster. Reports are required for at-large heralds twice ayear – July 1 and January 1.
In the next couple months, I will be at S.U.N.,Boar’s Head and 12th Night at Nordskogen.
