Permission was granted to the shires of Midewinde and Rudivale to use the 2nd weekend in August for a shared event. TRM and TRH to use travel funds for out of Kingdom events Birka and Gulf Wars - approved Kingdom Seneschal recommended changing wording in the Kingdom Financial Policy concerning Council Secretary expenditures to allow fund to be used for travel. Current policy only allowed expenditures on phone calls and postage. Change approved. GoToMeeting program was purchased and may be used for online meetings. Cynder of Oakenwode resigned as Chief of Artillery; Sir Geoffrey de la Brugge has volunteered to take over the position. Approved. The following changes to the Marshals Administration Handbook were approved: Inserted minor authorization and participation with adults into Section VII. Renumbered remaining sections to reflect change. Added Deputy Earl Marshals to the list of those with the authority to impose lasting sanctions in X.B.1. Fall event bids were discussed. Fall Coronation will be held September 9, 2017, in the shire of Shattered Oak. Fall Crown will be held October 14, 2017, in the shire of Noiregarde. Submitted by Berenice Calvina.
