Missing Scrolls - Backlog

I am trying to gather a list of backlog scrolls for Northshield residents. I have recently found a couple of scrolls from other kingdoms that were never received, and that made me think that there are probably more out there. If you have an award that you have never received a scroll for, or if you know of someone else who is missing a scroll, please let me know. It doesn't have to be a Northshield scroll that is missing, please let me know about ones from other kingdoms too. I can not guarantee that I can manage to get things arranged for everyone, but I will try very hard to make it happen.
