Join the Barony of Castel Rouge as we begin the celebration of our 45th anniversary! The barony will be partying all year and we hope you'll come for the kickoff.

Sadeh is the middle eastern midwinter festival of Fire, and what better way to celebrate winter and fire than with a cozy gathering in a coffee house? Set in a beautiful historic site on the outskirts of Winnipeg, we will be partaking of Turkish coffee, delicious dainties and diverse classes and A&S pursuits.

Help us celebrate the anniversary by making Party Tarpuses! (Tarpi?) supplies and instructions will be on hand and the best Tarpus will be awarded a prize!

Feast will be held early, a tempting spread of period delights, after which desert and dancing will be had for all!

An archery competition will be held the Friday evening before the event at Heights Archery.

Stay tuned for more information!
