Position Details
Maintain the Order of Precedence (OP) data ensuring all awards are listed in the OP within 1 week after receiving the Court Report from the Herald. Work with the Kingdom Signet to list the reasons for the recognitions. Until the Kingdom OP is complete, referencing Barony/Shire/Canton/College group’s OPs to ensure all Kingdom awards, Northshield as well as any other Kingdom award, are listed in the Kingdom OP. When a person forwards information to be added / corrected, CoP will update the database in a timely manner. Time commitment: about 1 hour per week
