Before Us stands a man who has demonstrated time and again his skills upon the rapier field.  Today We, Bridei, Queen of Northshield, and Siegfried, Our Stellar King, have witnessed demonstration of great skill, prowess, and chivalry.  So inspired are We by this display by Michael St. Christian that We are moved to invite Michael to become a companion of Our Order of the White Scarf.  Michael is hereby granted all rights and responsibilities attendant upon this rank, and the right to style himself as a Don within Our society.  Done by Our hand and seal this 15th day of March, A.S. 39 while on campaign at Gulf Wars in the Kingdom of Meridies.
