All hear the words of Tom, King, and Sigrid, Queen of the Stellar Kingdom of Northshield! We have heard often of the Traveling and Teaching of Archery done by Crispin Fletcher throughout the Kingdom and to many of its people. In this does Crispin emulate the qualities of those who bear the badge of the Saltire and the Award it represents. We do name him among their member that his love of teaching may be known to all.
