September Missive

Greetings unto the populace of Northshield!
First and foremost, I would like to thank Lady Simonis Adriane for drawing the cover to this historic issue of the Northwatch! Her work is amazing, as usual, but this month’s cover art is both amazing and special as we honor the Society’s first ever same-gendered rulers of a Kingdom. If you have articles, journal entries, or stories to tell about this month’s historic Coronation, please consider sending it to the Northwatch team so we may capture this day in our newsletter. As summer winds down and fall begins, we will be focusing our Northwatch themes on harvest and winter pursuits. I have moved the children’s issue to October and ask for submissions to be made by September 1st. November will focus on food and feasts and December will focus on the giving of gifts, largesse, and scrolls. Please consider submitting an article or story related to these topics. As always, submissions are due on the first of the month prior to publication. Please send your submission and the release forms to Northwatch@northshield.org.
