Itis my hope by the time you are reading this missive that we’ve completed ourKingdom Doomsday reporting. Unfortunately, I’m in the midst of the processright now so I can’t share our financial statements in this month’s edition.
Withthe change in Kingdom Exchequer we also need to get your bank account signatorycards updated to have me on them. If you are in the central region you canleave Greta on as a signer as well because she’s is your regional exchequer(but you are not required to). Please contact your banks to get the cardsmailed to me and let me know if you are running into issues (I know some bankswon’t mail the signatory cards) and we’ll figure out what other options wehave.
OnceI have completed this task I will be working with the Regional Exchequers tomake sure we’ve got a fairly recent Review of Books for each group. This is anopportunity to learn and improve exchequer processes. If you haven’t had yourbooks reviewed recently, please prepare for this by going to the www.sca.orgdocuments library and download the Review of Books form from the Exchequersection. This will make the process much more expedient and allow you time toform questions on correct processes.
