Message from the Kingdom Seneschal re: Abdication of His Highness

His Highness, Refkell Melrakki Einarsson, has for personal reasons decided that he is abdicating his reign effective immediately.

The Society Seneschal has granted a temporary variance allowing Her Highness to reign on her own, subject to review by the Board.
