By Lady Fiona of the Harp
Oh, I am a bard of my Northshield
I claim no shire I see
I journey from shire to shire along
I sing for meals
Then I journey on
They ask me to stay
And I answer them nay
My duty's to prince and to king
It is my honor to serve them this way
I wander this wild world and sing
Oh, I am a bard of my Northshield...
From Shattentor's mountains to the azure sea
Our roads they are winding and long
I travel from shire to shire along
And I always go singing my song
Oh I am a bard of my Northshield...
Now I've a pet beetle that goes where I go
I sleep by the roadsides and walk through the fields
I ford the wide rivers that through our lands flow
Oh I love this land called the Northshield
Oh I am bard of my Northshield...
