Award/Scroll Wording:
Proclaim throughout Northshield the We, Lars II, King by right of arms, and Mary II, our fair and gentle inspiration, find ourselves in awe of the artistry of Sir Lief Haakonson, known throughout these lands as Gray Fox. As strong as his sword arm is in battle, so is his touch delicate in turning hides and leather into functional works of art. His armor distinguishes its wearers on the field and his beautiful work in bookbinding and the very thrones upon which we sit bring grace and dignity to our court.

In recognition of his artistry and his willingness to share and teach these skills to others, We find Leif worthy to be included in Our Order of Bridget's Flame. Done this 19th day of April, A.S. 42 at our Coronation in our College of Nordleigh.

As soon as I saw the period piece that this scroll is based upon, I knew that this one was for Leif.
