An Italian Noblewoman from the turn of the 16th century (1475-1520ish). Raised by her merchant father after the death of her mother when Francesca was 9.
By that age she had learned the female arts of sewing and cooking. But traveling with her father she learned mathematics, poetry, politics, and multiple languages all which helped charm the customers for her father. Because of her successful assistance, her father gave her an allowance which later turned into a salary.
Her unconventional education made her very independant.
As her father aged, she took over much of the negotiations normally handled by him.
She purchased her own property in Venice where she continued her fathers business after he was unable to do so. She was well accepted in all areas in Venetian society even elevating above her fathers status.
This allowed her to continue her business activities after her fathers passing, becoming well known in Venetian society even becoming an advisor to a variety of merchants and nobles in Venice.
