A report from the court of their Dread Stellar Majesties, Hrodir and Anne, King and Queen of Northshield, 8 February 48 in the Shire of Rockhaven on the occasion of a session of the Stellar University of Northshield.

Their Majesties were accompanied by their Serene and Stellar Highnesses, Siegfried and Elizabeth, Prince and Princess, Heirs to the Gryphon Thrones; by Their Excellencies Edward and Deja, Lord and Lady of Nordskogen; and by Their Excellencies Grimmund and Mearha, Lord and Lady of Windhaven.

The court was heralded by Maol Mhichil mac Giolla Pheadair, Guenievre du Dragon Vert, and Marion Fitzthomas, with Katerinka Lvovicha of the Two Kingdoms acting as Signet.

A brief court was held mid-day, during which Tom Tintinnabulum was placed on vigil for the Order of the Pelican. The rest of the business described below occurred during the scheduled evening session of court.
