Come join our Shire for Fête de la Neige (Snow Festival) for a great way to pass a cold winter's day with good friends. There will be a variety activities going on, both indoors and outdoors (weather permitting) for people of all ages.

Lunch at Fête de la Neige will be potluck, so please bring a dish to share.

Activities will include: Dancing, Period board games (Challenge yourself or your friends), music (Squeaking and Shrieking with Marcus), visiting, "Cordialy Yours" (A class on how to make cordials with Lord Liam "The Provider" Gregor), an open Bardic circle (Including a class on "Cursing Like a Hero" with The Honorable Lord Antolin), siege engine snow ball tossing (Hitting the broad side of what?), "Winter Snow Jousting (Open for one and all), Adult Snowshoe Boffer (Challenge your friends and family), a space to work on your projects while visiting (A&S corner), and other fun ideas yet to be dreamed up by our shire members. There are no set site fees for this event; donations are very welcome.

No merchant space available. The site is handicap accessible and is wet; glass beverage containers are prohibited in County Parks.

Directions: 5 miles south of St. Augusta, just off CSAH 75; watch for County Park signs

I-94 (from Minneapolis/St. Paul): Take Clearwater exit #178, turn right, going east on State Highway 24. follow instructions below from the *.

I-94 (from St. Cloud): Travel approximately 11 miles to Clearwater exit (Exit 178), turn left, going east on State Highway 24. * Travel 1/2 mile to Wright County 75 and turn left (north). Be on the lookout for big yellow KOA Kampground signs. Travel 1-1/2 miles to Stearns County Road 143 and turn left. Travel approximately 1-1/2 to 2 miles on County Road 143 past KOA kampgrounds. Warner Lake County Park is located on left just past the bridge. Look for brown "County Park" signs.

CR 75 (Roosevelt Road) from St. Cloud: Travel through St. Augusta on Stearns County 7/75. Take left onto Stearns County 44. Travel approximately 2 miles to the intersection of CR 44 & CR 143, and veer left on CR 143. Travel 1-1/2 miles. Warner Lake County Park is located on right. Look for brown "County Park" signs.
