Join us in the Scottish Highlands for combat, bardic challenges, dancing, children's activities, highland games, raffle, annual FREE Early Bird Breakfast and a Scottish feast.  We have a great new level site with covered fire pit, a feast hall, biffies and heated bunkhouses, plus plenty of camping space and a scenic walking trail.  There is a water point, but bring your own drinking water.  Site is discretely damp.  Site is mostly handicap accessible.

Directions to site:  From the South, take Hwy 61 north across the Canadian Border.  Travel 23 miles further, turn right at Boy Scout Road (.7 miles north of Hwy 608 junction).  Travel east approx. 2 miles to Falls Road.  Turn right.  Gate is immediately to your left.

From the North, starting at Arthur Street, take Hwy 61 south for 20 minutes (you will pass the Cheese Farm turnoff).  Turn left onto Boy Scout Road.  Travel 3.2 km east to Falls Road.  Turn right.  Gate is immediately to your left.

Site fee:  $6/adult, tent camping only.  Minors free.  $3 non-member fee.  Limited bunk space at $2 per person - contact steward for guaranteed space.  Feast $5, children 10 and under free; feast is limited to 40 people.  Make cheques payable to SCA-Mare Amethystinum (Cdn funds).

Feast:  vegetarian soup, bread, roast beef and gravy, eggs, vegetarian casserole, oatcakes, strawberry dessert, shortbread, beverage.
