A few changes to the upcoming CrownTournament format. After discussions withthe Minister of Lists, we are removing the poolportions and replacing them with a challenge-inversion of the Double Elimination Tournamentas this solves what we were attempting with thepools. The remainder is the same as announcedin the February Northwatch, and available online.
• For 12 or fewer combatants — There will bean 8 position Double Elimination tree witheither non-destructive byes or challenge-insas is appropriate for the number of entrants. • For 13-24 combatants — 16 positionDouble Elimination tree run as above. • If more than 24 combatants — 32 positionDouble Elimination tree run as above.
Seeding for the tournament will be done on thatday by random draw.
