Gym closes to event at 5:00 pm, Dining Hall closes to Populace 8pm

Accessibility: The buildings are ADA compliant. There may be some limitations due to the age of the buildings. 
Will the following be allowed/available:

Children's activities: None planned 
Populace Space / Presence space for combatant presences
Food other than feast: Lunch sold on site by the class of 2023 as a fundraiser for senior class project.  Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages permitted. Alcoholic beverages must be purchased through site at Delafield American Legion Post. St. John's is a dry site.  There are a number of restaurants within 5 miles or less of site .

Legion Hall opens to populace at 4:00 and closes at 9:30 pm:Everyone going through the line to get food will be required to wear a mask, sanitize their hands, and wear food handling gloves.
 
Although the SCA complies with all applicable laws to try to ensure the health and
safety of our event participants, we cannot eliminate the risk of exposure to
infectious diseases during in-person events. By participating in the in-person
events of the SCA, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks. You agree to
take any additional steps to protect your own health and safety and those under
your control as you believe to be necessary.
